Welcome Skymist!

In case you don't know: the configuration files for your character's addons and macros on the old server are stored under
<WoW installation directory>\WTF\Account\<account name>\<old realm>\<character name>
At least some addons store their config in the SavedVariables directory, and all your character-specific macros are in the macros-cache.txt file. Copying what you need to
<WoW installation directory>\WTF\Account\<account name>\Quel'Thalas\<character name>
will restore it when you next start the client. Maybe it will save you some tedious work - moving realms is a great incentive to streamline one's UI if only because of having to set everything up anew :]
